i get some sharp pains when i ovulate so thats when i know i am!!
I'm new to charting but have been TTC #2 for 3 cycles now, and have noticed I get quite nauseous just before and on/around ovulation. It comes and goes over a day or two. Just wondering if anyone else has a similar symptom and if you think it's normal?
I recently lost 15kg (over 4 mths and still losing gradually) and my cycle has changed a little bit and is still slightly irregular (by 2-3 days, is that considered irregular?), so just wondered if my body is still adjusting to a new cycle with the nausea I experience?
Thanks

yea i used to get nausea when ovulating and some pains .. so i think its normal ...
once i charted for a bit i knew my bodys way of telling me what was going on rather than a calender .. GL with it !!
thanks ladies. I don't get ovulation pain, I think it happens on the odd occassion but have never really had it regularly. I just get nauesous instead I guess. Anyway, CM and BB are other things I notice just before I ovulate. Fingers crossed for this cycle![]()
I get both the pain and the nausea - I hate the nausea, get it just before AF as well.
Thank-god i thought i was the only one!!! I get the pains and the sickly feeling, ive only had it all after Emily born (pill before that) - i thought something was wrong.
Sometimes the pain is like a relly bad cramp.
las - im at the same times!
It's not unusual to feel nauseous around ovulation. This is caused by the higher level of progesterone mid cycle. So, take it as a positive that your beautiful body is doing just what it should. I look forward to hearing afrom you soon!
Oh yay, so i'm not the only one. thought my cycle might've been a little hay-wire because most people just talk about getting ovary pain.
Hi Ladies,
Wow, I had really bad nausea on 'O' day this cycle. It lasted about an hour and I didn't know what was wrong?? Our bodies are really amazing things aren't they.
Thanks for sharing AmyGirl!![]()
