On a slightly different track, often with a SA it can be worthwhile getting a second test done through a different lab. My Dh had a first test done through a gp and normal path centre, but when we progressed to a fertility specialist, the test was redone in their clinic (who have a different standard) and the results were different (unfortunatly for us they were worse and we are now doing IVF with ICSI where they directly select and inject a sperm into the egg).

Having said that my DH has not really made any changes to his life style to improve things...and as the others have said, that is well worth a shot.
