Start making a stockpile list and slowly tick things off as you go. So basics for the cupboard, spices, sauces, things for the freezer, sugars, flours etc. My pantry is its own mini market and its a TINY pantry. I do have a stand alone freezer. But with all the bases covered eventually all you will need is fresh fruit/veg and meat each week. As Arimeh says add one new recipe to a grocery list. And then slowly work up. I was doing from scratch before I had a TMX but getting your head around from scratch cooking and the TMX is overwhelming I'm sure. It takes time. I didn't suddenly wake up one day and go "from scratch for me!" It happened over time from when I first had DD till now. That's 11 years!!! Before that I was a packet girl too!but I can tell you now we spend a heck of a lot less on food now than we did back then. For absolute certain! So start one recipe at a time and before you know it you'll have a whole list of recipes ready to go at any given moment!
