    Hi Mrs P,

I have had my Thermo for about 7 months. I use it everyday without fail. Usually at least 3-5 times a day. In the last 48hrs i have made: Bread, Dips, CADA, bread rolls, risotto, soup, stock, porridge, gravy, falafel and chocolate puddings.
So many favourites. We usually make porridge everyday- so handy to have it cooking while feeding my baby. Risotto is a fail safe meal when i dont have much in the fridge and need something quick. Lots of yummy curries.
Without doubt, it is the best purchase i have ever made.
Has your hubby been to a demo? I had trouble convincing mine until he saw first hand what it could do at a demo.
Hope you get one. you wont be disapointed!!!

Am I allowed to answer even if I don't have a thermomix?
I would really love one, but cannot talk Dp into buying one.

I was able to talk him into letting me buying a Bellini (the cheap Target version). I am hoping when this does to get a Thermomix.
I am really hooked on thermo cooking.

I use it 2-3 times per day.
In the last 24 hours I have made banana 'ice cream', lemon lime coconut sorbet, pancake mixture, Quirky cooking 'fried' rice, almond milk and dough for a loaf of light rye bread.
Tonight I will be making choc buttermilk muffins (buttermilk leftover from making butter from cream).

I really hope you can convince him! I'll be a little bit jealous though!
