Morning guys
I'm off to a great start today... i went to my first low intensity aerobic class today (60 mins)... it was a great workout... I'm also planning on going on wiifit later on today just for fun....
For the girls who have WiiFit, what things do u do on it??? Or it all??? I mainly stick to the hulahoop/running/step... i try the muscle stuff but find it hurts lol




Now i have a recharged baby and my head is pounding.... I have had like 4 cups of tea... weak with skim milk and splenda so i hope tht isnt too bad... i always get these headaches when i cut the coke out... Like i'm some junkie... LOL... I love my coke...
its a great start to the year and an incentive to eat healthy!
