I lost 400gm this week, which isnt too bad, because all up that is 1.6kgs in 2 weeks, so I am within my average of 600gm per week. I have to keep telling myself that so long as I keep averaging 600gm pw I will reach my goal in the 12 months I have set myself to do it. However, I did loose like 6 cms off my waist this week and another 2.5cm off my bust, so all my good eating and excercise are paying off

Doing really well with the calorie counting, and finding that I am not really feeling too hungry through the day. Dinner is my biggest challenge as I used to having much bigger portions at dinner time, so I am trying really hard to measure my portions carefully.
I also bought today some choc billabongs today- they are only 80 calories, and I always save 100 calories for an after dinner treat/ dessert for after the kids have gone to bed. I figured that I can satisfy my sweet/ choc cravings while still staying in my calories.

Amy- I agree with the others, 6 small meals is better than just 3. My dietician suggested 300 cal breakfast/ 100 cal morning tea/ 300 cal lunch/ 100 cal arvo tea/ 300 cal dinner/ 100 cal dessert. I have found by eating this way I am satisfied throughout the entire day and never feel hungry.

TK- Congrats on the BFP, what an awesome way to start 2009.

Bindy- You are doing super well, you love WW don't you? I can see you as a future WW group leader, you seem to really know your stuff.

Laranna- Blame it on fluid retention- I always do

I hope everyone is still going strong- I feel super motivated still, which for me is amazing. Something Lucy said really struck a cord for me the other day- something along the lines of "time will pass anyway.....". This really made me realise, that too many times I have started something and given up, and time has passed by and I have been in the same situation (or worse) but it 12 months on, and I am still unhappy about it.
Not this time, this time - I will keep at it, and after 12 months have passed (and I have turned 30) which is going to happen regardless, I am going to be fitter, healthier and happier!
