Morning All

Crappy weight loss here (plus i just got AF this morning!) but i think i did ok with the cm lost!
I will PM Trill now with my stats.
I can't believe I did 30mins straight on the bike last night, I'm going to split it today though into 2 X 15min sessions!

I think if we beg hard enough CQ might be able to help us out with an at home work out to help tone our arms, belly, bum and legs!
