i doubt i will lose any this week. i need to get back on track after a bad couple of days! i have been having some wine, malibu and diet coke and we had take away thai last night. we never eat take away! AF is coming i think (well i am 6 days late) but i have big sugar cravings when they are almost here! this is the first time i have really come off track actually. i've been doing so well and now i am super disappointed
