Thanks so much guys for your well wishes! I go to the surgeon Thursday afternoon, so will update then. I didn't realise that it took two days for the report/films to go through!

I'm so proud of you girls for keeping on the wagon. I'd LOVE to be with you right now!

Hugs and well done to all!

once you have got the surgeon's diagnosis, track down a physio who can give you exercises that you can do upper-body

Miss you!!!!!!!!!!!! Damn your knee coz we were going to have fun when you were up here!

    Girls,

I have some family stuff I need to deal with over the next few days, so I may not be around to colate results etc for Thursday.

Send me all the details though, and I will try and get to it.......but if there are no results from me on Thursday, forgive me. We have some big time crappola to deal with WRT my Mum's health..................sorry......

Week six is traditionally when any "new lifestyle habit" begins to feel boring. It is the time when many people chose to fall off the wagon.
That's me all over. I have plateaued, but due to my own laziness

I have got to get my mojo back.......

I fell off the wagon this week too. The heatwave prevented me from walking - before last week the heat wasn't bothering me but leading up to the weekend it was unbareable. I also got a migraine on Sunday which last through to yesterday (due to the smoke from the fires). The smoke clouds are incredibly thick here at the moment and it's really not the best time to be outside.

I have been watching what I've been eating but walking/jogging is out for the next few days. I will be back on the wagon for the next weigh-in. I don't think I'll even weigh this week.

Oh my goodness my legs are soooooooo sore that I can hardly move, we did hundreds of squats and lunges at training yesterday- but it is all good because it must mean I am growing muscle.
I am still realy really frustrated because I am doing all the right things (or at least I think I am) and I am still not shifting any kg's, I know I have lost heaps of cm's but still I would like to see some results on the scales for my efforts. I have made myself a Dr. appointment for next friday to see what to do next.
I guess though that my mindset must really have changed because usually when I hit a plaetu like this I would just give up and say it is all too hard. However, this time I have said to my DH that not loosing this weight is not an option, so I just need to keep trying new things untill I find something that works.

Lucy- I hope all your family stuff gets sorted out- dont stress about us, we all appreciate the time and effort you put into collating our stats.

I'm off to body combat tonight with the torture mistress "CombatQueen"

have a fridge full of healthy food and was able to put on a dress that I've not worn in about 9 years on Saturday night (and I looked pretty damn good if I do say so myself!)

I fit into my jeans now! YAY!

But I have had a cr*p week eating very ordinary. There is no way I'm losing weight tomorrow.

    Everyone is doing well!

Well done HOODY by the way...very proud of you!
