I have put on 0.5kg this week. Although I did my minimum exercise I would have liked to do more to make up for all of the junk I have eaten. I seriously ate this week as it was Dhs Bday and we had friends up for the weekend and then I was just on a roll. Back to normal today though so hopefully I will see a loss next week. Put on some jeans I havent worn in a while and they felt good. Didnt even have that 'just washed tightness' so am pretty happy. Will just keep it up.
Queenbee - dont lose hope. Remember to just do what you can live with as it is lifestyle change not a diet. You can do this!
