YAY lost another 600g this week and i have had lots of slip ups. I think my biggest help is that i am now eating regularly so i think my metabolism has improved heaps.

You guys are all doing awesomely I will try and post more regularly in the next week just super busy at the moment and to top it off my car got broken into and now i have to do lots of running around to get it fixed as its not even driveable.

    OMG

I wasn't going to weighin this week because I completely fell off the wagon. I even caved into a McDonald's dinner one night. I didn't do much walking (only went twice) because of the bushfire smoke.

But curiosity got the better of me and I just weighed myself - and I lost 1kg!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How did that happen? I wasn't even trying!!! I'm super confused now because on the weeks I have walked 30km and eaten super healthy I haven't lost a gram. Our bodies are strange things. I'm hoping that this is a sign I am past my plateau and I'm going to push hard this week so see if I can get a better result.

I'm 70.2 kgs so nearly past my first goal of getting under 70!!

I have put on 1kg in the last fortnight - oh well I'm still looking HOT HOT HOT and I am going to the gym and doing weights so that could be it - I'm starting to muscle

Amy...probably all of your walking has made you gain muscle, do you think? I bet that Maccas was yummy. Now I feel like a cheeseburger.

I find that if I have a super light dinner (and that means no carbs at all, maybe a salad or something), I drop weight fast. The last two nights I have had something really small and the scales are going down again (however....I know, I know I shouldn't weigh myself like that). I have to eat more proteins through the day so I don't want carbs at night. I'm a shocker for a huge dinner.

Haven't walked for 3 days now but walked around shops yesterday for 3 hours, does that count? I didn't stop much, just walked, walked, walked with DD.

Thanks everyone, I hate having stayed the same for a couple of weeks with weight, so annoying to not see results, I hate the plateau stage! Bought some weights from Rebel Sport yesterday to tone up my arms. And a couple of sports shirts and an awesome Nike hat. I love those sports shops, just got to get into it!!

Off to a photo shoot today with DP and DD. Will post a pic when they're all done.

Keep up the good work people!

Well I balanced carefully on the scales... most of my weight on one leg though... I hope it doesn't skew my results too much because I've lost 1.1 in the last 2 weeks!

Mind you, being at home, not able to eat anything naughty, Dad making my breakfast lunch and dinner, I can't be bad.... it's annoying!

So no exercise might get to me, but at least I"m eating right.

I've made a HUGE milestone this week. I'm down to 99 kilos. That's right, 99.0! I started at 103, and now for the first time in AGES I'm under three figures! I'm so proud of myself!

And to those who have lost, well done. And to those who haven't, it's just one week. Next week will be different. This is a long term goal, to be healthy for OURSELVES, and one week is not going to be huge in the overall scheme of things. Let's get on the wagon and KEEP IT GOING!

    Loves ya girlies!

I think that is where my weightloss is coming from QB - I have been eating a late lunch (2pm) and then having afternoon tea at about 4pm. I'm not even hungry at dinner so I have only been having either fruit, salad or yoghurt for dinner - and that has sufficed. I reckon that's why I'm dropping weight!

My weight loss this week was a patheic 300 grams, but still better than a gain I guess, I'm really not focused at the moment and walked today then undid it all by eating a giant yoyo, was'nt even that nice!!!! Anyway in the scheme of things I've lost 4kgs in total, so I should be happy but..... I was counting the kgs lost before they were and thought I would be further along by now after losing good amounts in the first weeks... Oh well back to trying to be better tomorrow.
