Amy, yes I eat breakfast at 6am too so hungry by 9am.

I just have toast (grain) with jam and a coffee. Some cereals are really high in points! Then I have an egg on toast around 9-10am which pushes me through until 1pm lunch and I will have tuna with salad or something.
If I'm after a small snack of something to nibble on, just to tide me over, 10 almonds = 1 point.

I scoffed when my mil told me to try it. Eat them slowly tho. I ate those 10 almonds, and it works! I was pleased!
