I lurvvved C25K! It took me longer than the 9 weeks, as I repeated a couple of weeks as I didnt feel like I was 'ready' to move onto the longer runs. But eventually I did, and I went from not being able to run 100m to a full 5kms.

I plan on starting it again once bub is here and I have settled into some sort of a rountine.

    A couple of tips....
    - Remember to stretch
    - Go slow!! Speed is not important, there were days when I was jogging so slow I seriously could have been walking faster
    - Schedule it, and go - dont give yourself time to think up excuses (cause you will always find one!)
    - I printed off all the weeks on to a chart and had it on my closet door.. it was so great to get home and cross that day off
    - Join Calorieking the forum is great for motivation..
    - When you think you cant possibily go any further.. go that bit further - you will surprise yourself!
    - Find what works for you, inside on a treadmill or outside - it doesnt matter. For me outside worked better as I could push myself to make it to next pole, or fence etc

hmmm will add any others I can think of.
