Yeah...expensive but the best thing I ever did...a great investment...lost 20kg in just over 3 months...some Health insurance companies give you some money back too!

You just have to be organised. I shopped once a week and went straight home and weighed everything and put into little plastic lock bags so it was easy during the week. The first few days are tough but once you're over that you don't even feel hungry. DH supported me by cooking his own meals so all I had to worry about was me and not being 'tempted'. Maybe just go to the first session where they tell you all the info and then decide. I found the people really supportive and felt that I got good value for money. Good luck!

That's fantastic! I might look into this. I've lost 30kg since having Emily, but the last 15kg is going to be really hard to move I think.

I started Cohens in August last year. On the 28th September I had lost just over 20kgs and I found out I was pregnant so I had to stop. I have had a few stop starts since... but have just applied for my new program and I will be starting in 2 days time! I am sooooooo looking forward to shifting my weight for good.
Sassy... try your yogurt sweetened with a hermeseta tab mixed with some pureed mango (from your allowance)
There are cohen's forums too which are really helpful (if you've not found them already)
I am on there under the name of Jamanoha
Congrats on your weightloss to date... you must be feeling so proud of yourself! One thing I can say about Cohens is that it definitely works.
