Tanstar, I'm in exactly the same situation, whenever I know I'm doing well, I let myself have more treats and before I know it, I've crept up again and have to work twice as hard!!! I reassure myself by saying it's taken a long time to build these habits, so it's understandable if it takes a long time to break them I AM determined to break them!!!

Starbright, you might be dehydrated- I often 'put on' weight if I sleep in, as I haven't drunk enough overnight. I know it sounds crazy, but I always weigh less when I'm hydrated! (Geez, I've been banging on about this hydration thing eh?? LOL) Is AF anywhere near? I swear I put on 2kgs the week AF is due. Whatever the reason, you're still doing everything 'right' even if the numbers don't reflect it. I wouldn't have stuck with this as long as I have if I let every gain get me down. More often than not, it's followed by a terrific loss if I keep going in the right direction. I'm sure you'll be the same

I missed brekky this morning because I literally can't decide what I want to eat. This is strange for me, because at 7.30am, every morning for the last 'I don't know how long' (YEARS!!!) I've had 2 oatbrits with milk and fruit. And I can't face it today. I don't want toast and I don't want eggs. I don't feel like fruit and I don't have any 'leftovers' in the fridge. So I've had a coffee and a peppermint tea. I AM hungry. I just can't decide!!!! Crazy huh??? I'll have to be careful this afternoon- meeting a friend for a foodcourt lunch after I do the grocery shopping. Two fronts I'll have to be careful on! I'll make sure I write a list before I shop so I don't grab tim tams and bbq shapes :P
