Woohoo to everybody You're all doing brilliantly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I pulled a pair of woolen tights on yesterday that I didn't have the horrible sensation of them not fitting the whole way up my legs, you know the one, when you've pulled on a pair of tights and they don't quite fit you so the crotch is lower than yours, they're tight around the thighs and you know that if you don't put a pair of control pants on over the top they might just start to fall down. Well yesterday they went the whole way up and I didn't need to wear control tops to wear them, just normal undies over the top.

I'm looking forward (and a bit scared) to my yoga tonight ..... I'm wondering what I've gotten myself in for. From the website
