Sorry Mara i forgot to answer you about symptoms. Yes, there was sleeplessness. I did get insomnia. The higher the dose, the more of it - it's because of the stimulant effect -the same as if you had about 3 good strong coffees. But frankly, it was well worth it and even when i couldn't sleep i thought that. I also got a dry mouth lol.
