Hey ladies
Sooooo I havent been on X-Trainer at all this week, which Im very disappointed about but have just hit another wall!? Needing a good kick up the bum here. I dont want to put weight back on :-(
So for personal goals, I think I will make my goal that I get on X-Trainer every day (weekends included) for 1/2 hour. My biggest hurdle is not doing any active stuff on the weekends and then getting back into it on the MOnday mornings when I have Monday-itis kick in!!
I am still doing all my evening sports/classes though, played netball last night and we won, felt that I contributed a little more than recent weeks so was pretty happy with my performance, and the other gals come up and said good work on a good game so that was nice.
Not sure about team goal - but I will be in it, like i said I need as much motorvation as possible and plus I work better in a team!

There's no point cutting it out altogether - you'll just binge - but reducing slowly is the way to go.
ooohhh - I like it!
Goal, hey? I'm a terribly practical person and need to have simply defined goals, so I might do something boring like 'walk to work 3 days each week'. Work is only 5 minutes away, but if I come home for lunch - it ends up being around 25 minutes of walking per day without much effort! AND there are stairs getting into the building at work. Not sure what else I can offer as my knee is really concerning me at the moment and my back has been spasming quite a lot today. Am about to put a heatpack on it to see if it's better tomorrow.
Just a suggestion!

It was such a steep and constant incline! It was awesome though. Sadly we didn't make it to the top (probably about 600m short) because someone (maybe me) developed really bad blisters about 1Km in but didn't say anything. Not that it would have mattered because I didn't have any blister packs and bandaids don't help. So I pushed. But then I fessed up and the girls pointed out I had to get back down again... so we had to turn back which was sad. Luckily I had my sneakers in my car and when I got back I changed shoes. BLISS! I was able to walk on level area but no inclines. So we walked onto squeaky beach which was gorgeous! Then we went to Foster.
OMG!
It would have been my Mum's 57th birthday today, so I couldn't just stay home and eat something mundane - it's tradition to go 'out' to tea...
awesome news!!
