Hi guys. How is everyone doing this week?
I am slipping a little bit. I have been dieting now for 6 months and I have to say I am getting a bit bored of it. lol.
I have still been meeting my Calorie King guidelines but feel like I have been bad in some way. I am sure it is just a phase.
Am definitely fitter though. On friday at soccer I was chomping at the bit waiting to sub on the field. I could easily have played a full game. DH asked me how I was feeling when I got home and I told him I felt like going for a jog! I scored three goals (out of 8) so that was good too. Looking forward to cycling to work tomorrow. So I am enjoying all of the benefits of having lost a fair amount of weight (10.5kg so fgar -woo hoo!) but miss those nights where we got junk food, or even just normal food and I didn't have to think about how much I ate.
