Turkish - Woman . . you are a machine!!! Today I jogged (downhill) 3 blocks and got such a stitch from the pounding I had to stop and walk the rest of the way. BWA HA HA HA!! I read somewhere that you burn the same amount of calories over distance whether you walk or jog though so am not too concerned as would have done the same route anyway, BUT if I could jog solidly I would be able to go twice as far wouldn't I, so want to be able to do that. Gonna have to get a better bra if I want to be able to do that, these stupid crop tops are made for women with small, hard, perky boobs. I feel like I might knock myself in the chin with the ladies as I run.

Trill - Thanks for the update, sorry we all make extra work for you. I think the confusing part is the cm's lost rather than the % rounding as doesn't seem to be actual numbers of what people lost so unless it's a average of % of CM there must have been some kind of equation error.

Yup, well mine I think was correct this week as I lost 0-3-1 = 4 but last week I lost 8 and it is at 2.

looks like a lot of good work happening!!! keep it up ladies

given my start to the week and a weekend of old style cooking coming up I'm not going to challenge you TD - I'm sure you are going to do well - keep up the motivation levels!!

Trill - thanks for taking the time to do this for everyone - I"m a bit confused about the cm lost too though - they don't seem to match what I thought I'd done each week?? maybe i'm not calculating it the right way or something??

Oops I missed the new thread duh! Well i just read all your posts, and I'm feeling way more motivated now! Had been planning my day and hadn't thought about exercise!!! Walk or Wii Fit I think.

I'm with all the others as well - AF here too. Does anyone else find they get massive varation in their weight? I've sometimes checked mine during the week and last week it varied by 1.3kg! That seems pretty big to me, cos if it was up by 1.3kg on weigh-in day I woulda been really discouraged (luckily it wasn't!). I guess it was pre AF week so it could have been fluid retention, but I seem to always have this kinda variation regardless of cycle - guess that's why it's good to do centimetres too!

Love the challenges thrown down and Trillian's suggestion. Gonna start hoicking my 10kg bub around even more-... I reckon my arms are so toned already lol.
