I did run number 2 of week 1 this morning. Did it on the elliptical trainer again inside in the aircon (way toooo hot here today to run outside!). It felt slightly easier than the first session. Maybe my body is just starting to get used to this running thing nowGoing to do the third run on Sunday morning but outside and DP can look after DS.
