I am over weight - probably 20 kgs over weight. I try so hard to be good and I cook evey night exept for Tuesday nights as DH has Basket Ball practice and we have Domino's 2 for Tuesday - only take away for the week.

I take Bella for at least an hr walk a day (weather permitting) and I try to be good.

I am terrible at drinking coke and I crave choccolate and would have a little bit every day.

Over all not to bad - but I cant loose weight! I feel fat and I look fat... Bella is 6 months old now so I cant use that as my excuse any more.

I know HOW to loose weight I have done it before and I lost a lot of weight - I did it with WW but now dont have the $20 a week to go back.

How do I get my head back in the weight loss thinking??

I hate how I am at the moment but it all seems so bloody hard at the moment.

How do I get started??
