    Not alone you guys!!

    I have started yesterday. I have just made up my mind and are sticking to my guns. It's terrible hard to say now in the winter ... comfort food being 5 minutes away and all, but I just keep thinking that the longer I take to get started the longer it's going to be for me to see results.

    I know I can do this, I know I can get down to 68kg, I've been there before, it's just a matter of sticking it to chocolate and bitting down hard when offerd seconds.

    Nai - I have all the books too.. I should just do it and see how I go - once im into it i get a bit nazi like and I am really good... after tonight Pizza! Yeah and WW buddie would be great!

    Righto.. tonights pizza is the last supper for the Fat Kate!! YAY!

    Nadine - 1.4 is a great effort WELL DONE!!

    Sounds good girls, we can all motivate each other.

    Nadine - I want to get down to 68 kg too (63kg if I can manage it) but would be happy again at 68.

    My excuse is winter too. Its too cold to exercise, I feel like something warm to eat (like hot chips etc), but once winter ends I'll have the summer excuse - its too hot to exercise. Ha ha there is always some excuse. I just need to re focus and get back on track!

    Leigh I was 3kg away from my goal weight ... then I got pg

    So now I'm exactly 15kg away from goal weight SOUNDS SO MUCH, but it's not that bad, it could be 16kg!

    i'm in an extreamly good positive mood today .. don't know why

    Ok anyone who wants to be in the e-mail list PM me your e-mail addys and Ill do up and e-mail at work tomorrow - you can reveal youe weight if you like or just your losses at the weigh in day - I will suggest Monday Morning coz then I can collate the e-mail at work (work Mon & weds) and send out the updates...

    Katie I will be up for that. I am in the same boat as you. I really want to lose weight but cant stop putting food in my mouth. Would love a weight loss buddy. I think that is a great idea.

    Nai- I like your idea of writing every bit of food down just to make mysalf accountable. I had 3 sandwiches today and dint even realise it!!!! At least it was on multigrain bread but still thats alot of carbs!
