I have started yesterday. I have just made up my mind and are sticking to my guns. It's terrible hard to say now in the winter ... comfort food being 5 minutes away and all, but I just keep thinking that the longer I take to get started the longer it's going to be for me to see results.
I know I can do this, I know I can get down to 68kg, I've been there before, it's just a matter of sticking it to chocolate and bitting down hard when offerd seconds.
Nai - I have all the books too.. I should just do it and see how I go - once im into it i get a bit nazi like and I am really good... after tonight Pizza! Yeah and WW buddie would be great!

Nadine - I want to get down to 68 kg too (63kg if I can manage it) but would be happy again at 68.
My excuse is winter too. Its too cold to exercise, I feel like something warm to eat (like hot chips etc), but once winter ends I'll have the summer excuse - its too hot to exercise. Ha ha there is always some excuse. I just need to re focus and get back on track!

Katie I will be up for that. I am in the same boat as you. I really want to lose weight but cant stop putting food in my mouth. Would love a weight loss buddy. I think that is a great idea.
Nai- I like your idea of writing every bit of food down just to make mysalf accountable. I had 3 sandwiches today and dint even realise it!!!! At least it was on multigrain bread but still thats alot of carbs!
