I have been at a mates place for the weekend in another country town and woke up this morning with some kind of mild gastro upset....
Saturday
Breakfast: 60g low fat cereal, 2tbs dried fruit, 1 apple, Farmers Best milk, black coffee.
Lunch: a small grilled vegetable tart (the size of the circumference of an orange) with a couple of slices of feta and a leafy green salad, fresh OJ.
Dinner: 3-4 watercrackers with hommous (avoided the brie cheese though!); ceasar salad, 3 king prawns, 2 glasses wine (5% alcohol - oops! hard to say no.....), 1 banana, 1/4 cup custard, 6 bite pieces of watermelon.
Exercise: Walk to and from the main streat (20mins in total).
Water: > 2L (only because of the heat making it easy but yay!).
Sunday:
Breakfast:2 eggs, 1.5 pieces multigrain toast with marg, 1 piece bacon, 2 black coffees.
Lunch: 375ml zero coke (not feeling well)
Dinner: 1 sausage and steamed veggies
Exercise: Nil additional.
Water: >2L.
Happy because I avoided the opportunity to eat cake 3 times!

Lunch: 700mls water, meauslie bar
ATea: toasted sanga (chicken, avocado, cheese), 700mls water
Tea: 1 sanga, roasted potato (chat), 3/4 very large squash.
Supper: weiss bar mini.
Sunday: (ooops)
b/fast: coffee
MTea: coffee
Lunch: Guinness pie with citrus tart and red mineral water
ATea: 750mls water
Tea: I have absolutely no idea.
Had a few slip ups today........

I was doing really well, but I needed a timeout. So I'm having chocolate cake and icecream. I have diarised it, but not counting the points today....

i wanted to ask you ladies, how often are you weighing yourselves? i haven t weighed myself since the initial measurements. do you think i should?
i weigh my self on the same day every week unless i can't get to town on that day then i do it when i can so tomorrow is Weigh day for me cause i am going to town to the chiro
Kim that is great - WTG!!! And I was getting excited because I lost 2.2kg!! DH even noticed
Only bummer for me is I have done NO exercise! I know it is lame but it is so hard with a toddler and a newborn! I suppose I could be out now while DH is home and both boys still asleep, but honestly I would rather type on BB, have a coffee, wash some nappies and hang out last night's wasking. How to I go from housewife to fitness freak??
