Checking in - currently sitting at 76.5- so 500g gain (but lost some of what I had gained)....have af here at the mo, so she always makes me a bit fatter than normal...
Hi guys. Just checking in. Had a day off yesterday and would have definitely over indulged. Back into it today. Have a good lunch prepared and went to the gym this morning. Did 45 mins on the bike while reading. Wasn't my best workout but knocked off a couple of hundred cals. I am kicking myself a little though as last night I got home late and was pretty tired. Could easily have gone to sleep as I wasn't that hungry, and then went and ate a huge dinner. Silly!!! Oh well, moving on from that….
Anyone got any cool plans for the weekend? Am thinking of something nice and active that DS and I can do like maybe an indoor play centre or a park. Wish we had a trampoline!
Weekend plan - last weekend of the ski season and it snowed last night so I'll probably get in a few last turns It's pretty good exercise so I might even lose some of the weight I put on.
BERRME I am 178cm tall. I want to get under 70kilos even if its only by 500grams. Weigh in yesterday I was 72.1 (the lightest I've been for about 2yrs except briefly when I was in the 1st trimester last year as I got ao sick with the MS) I'm excited. Really loving the new me although I have a little bit to go. I look about 3months pregnant and would like to get my flat stomach back.

Krysalyss how nice is this weather, hope you find something nice to do on the weekend We have an open house on Sat so after ds is in bed tonight the house will be getting cleaned. I'd like to visit dh's dad later today or Sunday, other then that no plans really.
Onyx I love the sound of your workouts! They remind me of the good old days (which will be again when I have new knees!) that 1kg is surely muscle.
Well done to everyone who checked in I am ridiculous! I have not moved from my goal at all of loosing 8kg's and we are 4 weeks in Hope I start seeing some progress! "If I keep doing what I've always done I'll keep getting what I've always got"...... Must make CHANGES!!!!
Keep up the great work everyone, didn't get my walk this morning and ate cake BUT if i ever get a chance tonight or over the w/end and going to jump on the exercise bike
Might do a couple of laps around the paddock or something, should start listing my 'farm gals'exercise plan and work out a way to check the calories
Howdy all!! Well only down another 200g - so 600 total but lucky it wasn't a massive gain as we had a wedding and a busy social week!!! Hoping to head out for a stomp tomorrow.....keep at it everyone!
Not going so great this week. managing to get out of the house but not for good walks. Trying to watch what I eat- But made some lactation cookies today to hopefully help get my supply back. They are SO DELCIOUS I just wanna eat the lot. They boys are on holiday again this week! national week. Its the 2nd holidays that most people get here- even just 3 or 4 days, then nothing til new year so its a week of feasting, celebrations and family dinner etc just aint happening for me (how many more excuses can I come up with?) :ROLF:
Hi guys! I ate my way through the weekend but back to the gym this morning. Did 40 mins on the cross-trainer and worked pretty hard. Counted my proposed calories for today and feeling pretty good.
Hey all, I worked night shift over the weekend so my eating wasnt fantastic but I did try and keep it healthy...er! And I didnt do much in terms of exercise, except for sleep! However I did sneak a look on the scales and have lost 200gms. Hopefully things will start getting better! I am aiming to loose around 2-3kgs for a wedding on the 28th! Fingers crossed!
Had a bit of a blow out on saturday, as it was the AFL grand final. It was the nibblies that got me, cheese, kabana, pickles, savoys...mmm, and a slice and a half of pizza. But I did manage to exercise everyday. 45 mins on the ex bike fri night and sat morning, and a 12km bike ride with DH and DD yesterday arvo. Ate like a sparrow yesterday, so hopefully I havent derailed my progress too much this week.
Everyone keep up the great work. Lots of exercise and healthy eating. Also, I am quite a fan of the government's 'swap it' campaign. So if a craving hits, swap a large portion for a smaller one. Instead of buying a family block of choccie, just go for the snack size.
We're all doing great, and we are all going to reach our goals. Go us
Can I join? I know I'm about a month behind you but you might help me with my accountability and motivation lol. My aim is to lose another 4kg (I've lost 1 so far).
I decided on Friday night when I was tucking into an ice cream that enough is enough and I'm going to lose these extra few kgs. I'm actually about the weight I was before I got UTD but at that time I'd just joined the gym as I wanted to lose these extra few kg's and I've decided I'm going to do it NOW lol.
To help achieve my goals I'm trying to make healthy food choices and I'm bumping up my exercise. Since Saturday I've made a point of getting out and completing at least 10000 steps a day. I've decided to also attempt couch to 5K. Not only will it give me a chance to clock up a few steps but it gives me something to aim for. Today I completed the first couch to 5K challenge
Currently at 64kg
Aim 60kg (actually, I'd love to be a touch under 60 as seeing a '5' first would be great, but 60 would be fine lol)
