APPLETREE _ Don't compromise yourself when it comes to buying something for your weight-loss journey! Honestly darl, if it gets you closer to the weight you want to be, it's worth its weight in gold. Don't feel bad for spending cash on yourself - you deserve it! Mummies are usually the 'glue' of the family - if Mummy comes unstuck - so does everybody else! I'm wondering if it's your scales that are actually in need of calibrating? 3-4kg difference just doesn't sound right. Are they old ones? Maybe whe you're investing in the monitor you need some scales too - or just a good tape measure!
SOPDET _ So proud of you darl! Well done! You deserve that 1kg loss. I'm cheering you on girl!
Gotta dash girls, not the thing you want to hear, but the girls & I have baked a caramel apple pudding for dessert tonight & it's calling me from the oven!
xxx

I have decided to definitely get myself the heart rate monitor, i have been checking out the brand you have, they are $199 in rebel, or you can buy them on bay for around $135 new, is that a good deal? I have decided i am going to sell my ergo and my oi oi nappy bag so i don't feel so guilty about buying myself something! LOL.

I agree with the others - you've probably built up your muscle, great news!
Feels like when I had Moo! So am just concentrating on the cardio side of things for now. My diet is okay. Taking a leaf out of Sopdet's book & keeping salad in the fridge, I think even DH is enjoying the change. I haven't measured myself again but I feel better, my jeans today didn't seem uncomfortable which is an improvement. Bought a dress for an upcoming wedding - size 10
Yeah I know sizes differ but felt good anyway!
to your gorgeous DD for tomorrow. I hope her day is full of cupcakes, fairy bread, rainbows, butterflies, tiaras, lip gloss & sparkles!!! (All the things that rock in our house! bahaha).
I'm pretty sure this was a generous size 10! I'm at least a 12.
