i just wanted to reply iv got adhesions from a bowel op years ago and im in constant pain (im on morphine anyway).
id go back to your doctor hun and if your not trying for a baby ask for the contreceptive pill. diane or dianette (not sure if your in the uk) its used as treatment to help pcos. its the only pill thats helped me so far (iv been changed to yasmin which isnt working for me atm.
im only 20 myself so i know how you feel being young and being in bad pain its crap.
