My pregnancy has been great so far. I didn't get much morning sickness, just a bit of nausea and felt super tired which is normal I guess! I'm 36 weeks 2 days now and have put on 9kg. I finished work last week.

The only excitement I had during my pregnancy was that I had appendicitis at 18 weeks and had to have my appendix out. But that wasn't really anything to do with the pregnancy, just one of those things and bad timing! Have recovered well from that despite being pregnant with a growing belly.

I did have a corpus luteal cyst on my ovary but that is common in pregnancy as it was where I ovulated from. It had decreased in size by my 20 week scan and gone altogether by my 32 week scan.

Yeah so nothing bad really. Oh I have mentioned this book before in other threads because I think it is REALLY good and helped me understand alot of things after I was diagnosed with endo, it is called Endometriosis and Other Pelvic Pain by Dr Susan Evans.

I hope your friends surgery goes well and if you have any more questions just ask me

Oh that is so awesome to hear
Franny thought her big problem might be carrying... but the specialist has already told her that if she can get pregnant that it will help with the endo anyways.

I had a bit of a giggle about the appendix bit as I have just got news of her op... she is out and all good... took about 3.5 hours all up... but she lost her appendix in the argument!! he he he (that was her words)

Thank you for sharing your story with me so that I can pass on the wonderful possibilities
When the time comes and they start trying I will definatly be putting her onto Belly belly so if its ok with you I might give her your user name and maybe she could PM you.

Thanks so much again!!! And good luck for the coming weeks!! Child birth is all fun and games but the beautiful little bundles of gooey baby are so awesome! he he he...

I was another Severe case. Was riddled with Endo and they wanted to give me a hysterectomy. They asked me the same night I came out of surgery. I was also told I would never be able to have children.

3 kids later, all naturally conceived. Just a gene disorder was my only complaint through my pregnancies

    Love
