Just wanted to duck in and say CONGRATULATIONS to all those ladies who've lost weight. Well done.

I've been MIA because I've been going through my 4th IVF cycle. I'm currently in the TWW and should know by the end of next week whether mother nature has done her thing or not! I'm feeling SO bloated at the moment so there is no way I'm going anywhere near the scales!!! That's partly to do with the drugs I've been taking but also coz I probably haven't been eating the best either! Oops!

Good luck to everyone for May.

    Hi girls
I'm still trogging on with the weight loss, I should be finished but I had a few little blow outs.
I still have a couple of kilos to go, I am hoping to get it off before the end of the month and weigh in...top 60's. I am only human though it may be a tad longer. Hi to all those who are still around

Where is everyone? Hmm it must just me me and everyone else has reached their goals, if so congratulations. This is the 3rd time I've tried to lose the pg weight, and I'm going all in and giving it a proper go this time. I am doing tony ferguson, and have my first weigh in on Friday 20th. My scales at home say I've lost 6kg in a week, my my tape measure says my waist measurement hasn't changed at all. hmmm will see what happens on Friday.

How did I not see this thread before?

Since the 23rd i've lost 7.5kgs but have now hit a plateau. SIGH! I'm alternating walking and running and have just bought some adjustable dumbells as well (which I just need to learn how to use!) I've been replacing some meals with diet shakes as well. I hear weights help you break out of a plateau.
