Alle - I really feel for you with the sinus infection I had a really bad one only a few weeks back. Lasted abut two weeks. That having been said it was the only two weeks during the entire pregnancy where I've not had full on M/S. Still not too sure which one was worse

I did LOT AND LOTS AND LOTS of steam inhalations during that time since I couldn't take anything.
