Dr Tal - thank you, my doc has put me onto antibiotics as I just know it will move to my chest if I don't get it early. I've been doing saline nose washes (??? I think that's what they're called?) where you spray heaps of saline spray in your nose, and hold it shut whilst you massage your sinuses and move your head from side-to-side - it's horrid! And very unattractive! Oh and I must go and read that story about the religious fanatics, I think I'm missing out - I could use a laugh!

Kirsten - thank you! I like new people, too Hope you enjoy the yoga and water aerobics, I have a gym membership that hasn't been touched in about six weeks now so I might cancel it and investigate what our local pool has on offer. Hopefully if you're in the water, nobody will notice the legs???
