    I'm joining in!!!!!!!!!!

At work I have a large fancy wine glass that I drink out of during the day. I refill it at least once an hour. It gets taken to meetings etc with me (if I'm still in the building). I have a 750ml water bottle in my bag. We've also got 325ml water bottles in the fridge that I consciously drink one or two of when I get home from work - that size is good coz I can drink it in one go.

Ok... ditto Ray... I want to be good today too! My youngest seems to have some kind of tummy bug so I think we all need a good flush-out!

Great tip Lisa.... might give that a go!

I have a problem with water bottles. I get sick if I don't get rid of it soon enough! Then I feel guilty for buying another water bottle (i just use the bottled water bottles). How many do I need for a good rotation? I worked out that I need 2.75l (per the equation in the first post)...

Also, I forget to drink water! I drink water at night if I wake up tho too.

Seeing as the weather is heating up, I thought I'd get this thread going again....

Rhianon, I have a rotation of around six going & each time I rinse & refill a bottle I put a mark on the lid with a texta then when there are too many marks (I think usually around five) I chuck the bottle in the recycling bin.

I've been really bad lately, but seeing as I've started soccer again, combined with breastfeeding I really really should be drinking more than I am.
