Good luck with your appointment today Dinky. Hope all goes well. I saw an educator with my first pregnancy but manage my diabetes by myself now (along with my ob).
I have found that eating small amounts regularly every couple of hours helps to maintain bsl. If I don't, my liver kicks in and my bsl goes up!
I usually snack on vitawheats or something like that. Pretty plain!
Oh, and the things that make my bsl go sky high are bread, rice, potato and pretty much anything that is highly processed (like cakes!!).
