Thats the thing, I found out the BSB was wrong, so went straight to ANZ when I realised it never bounced back. So they did a manual dispute and they wont give it back!!!!! INSERT LOTS OF SWEARWORDS! They told me to seek legal advice if I want to take it further, but what a joke, its less than a lawyer's fees will be. NAB have refused to reverse. GRRRRR.
