Far out I went along to a Tupperware party today to support a friend and because I've been wanting to get some as I know it's good stuff but far out the prices are RIDICULOUS$60 for a can opener! $43 for a Garlic Crusher! Are they for real?!? I'd want them to take batteries and vibrate too for that price
Even the containers are insanely priced, $60 for 5 small snack size containers. Now I know the brand has been around since the dinosaurs and it's nice to know you can trust a container not to leak and to last for years and years but does it really need to be that expensive? I would have happily of spent a couple hundred bucks today but I'm not happy to walk away with hardly anything for my money. There are other containers out there, ones that don't cost a fortune and that I've had for years without any drama of breaking/cracking/leaking. Does anyone else share this view of Tupperware or am I just a tight a$$?
