    Kass, click on gallery and up the top there will be a button to upload photos. either load them from your memory card, pc or scanner HTH.

    Sal, have you heard of seabands? they worked for me.

    DH is taking my SIL to practise driving so MIL is here playing with Sarah. Em is in bed.

    My knee is slowly improving (physio again today) but we need to work on my balance
