Doing a lap is probably a good idea. It's pretty minor surgery so hopefully will all go smoothly for you.
Can I suggest you also do a little research into failure to implant/miscarriage and discuss some other diagnostic options with your doctor to investigate further in this regard? They've probably already done the basic bloodwork, but there are other things they can test for (and hopefully treat) that might be affecting your chances. Sometimes these are a little more invasive (like a uterine biopsy for eg) but if you're doing a lap anyway, maybe it's worth considering. (assuming the issue is not quality of embryos)
