Every now and again it gets all too much, but I am ok. Not enough to start crocheting rugs and jackets for her yet, but I will. At least I have 8 months!!!
How are you going with the needles Skye? I remember the first time I had to jab myself. it took me half an hour. But it gets alot easier. I also find it easier to jab myself then let DH do it.
Heather - I went to a kinesologist and apparently my thymus gland is blocked and so I'm taking various vitamins/herbs. Of which, vitex is in one and it is supposed to work on the pituitary gland and "balance" the relevant hormones for which the gland regulates (E2 and P4).
Hi guys just thought I would check in and say hello and let you all know how I am.
Well I have finally done it I have resigned from my job as I was finding it very emotionally draining working with babies 5 days a week, I am now freaking out about finances but I think this is a step forward for me.
I have decided that my trying to concieve road has definately come to an end I cant handle the disappointment anymore, found after this failed cycle I have become very depressed. It totally consumes your life and I need to focus on the positives in my life now.
I would like to wish you all the best of luck and thank you all for your support and let you know I will be popping in from time to time to see how you are all going.
Shazey - it must be a heartbreaking decision both the leaving of your job and deciding to jump off the rollercoaster -take care of your heart and I hope 2006 sees brighter days for you.

Hi Shazey
I know how hard making that decision is. But in the end, it comes down to how LT AC is affecting your health, relationships, peace of mind and every single aspect of your life. Not to mention your finances!
But, once that decision has been made, it will eventually start to feel as though a weight has been lifted. Feeling that release of pressure in no way equates to how much you want a family. I don't mean that wanting a child so badly is a burden. It's just that when your focus truly turns to other things, you'll feel more free in a lot of ways.
Hopefully, the year ahead will bring happiness for you. Enjoy this time looking after and getting to know you again. There's a whole big world out there. You're on the right track with your change in jobs. Who knows, in years to come you may return to it.
I'm sure you'll be fine. It can take a long time to really come to grips with this decision you have so bravely taken though. Please always remember - a woman is not defined by her ability to conceive.
Feel free to PM any time.
Take care of your heart.
Sue
Shazey - I'd like to second what the other wise girls have said- it must have been a tough decision and I wish you all the very best for happier times in 2006. Know that you have friends in here who are here for you should you ever need. Much love to you sweetie.
Magic - thanks for the info

Goodness it is getting down to the business end now
I went today & had a scan & it showed 4 big mature follies 16-18mm, a few smaller ones that will hopefully be big enough for collection on Friday!!
My pick up has been brought forward to Friday now with my trigger sometime tomorrow.
shazey: just echoing what everyone else has said - it must have been such a difficult decision for you. Lots of luck with the new career path and take good care of yourself. And looking forward to you popping in to say hi whenever you can. xoxo
Skye: great news - have everything crossed for you for Friday. :luck:
