I am on Vitex too. I fell pg within a month of starting to take it. Unfortunately I m/c at 5 wks 4 days. I am also on a range of B vitamins including folic acid & a multi vitamin.

I have eliminated coffee & cola from my diet. I've been off them for about 6 months. I drink small amounts of tea and have just taken up drinking 1 to 2 cups of green tea per day (but will stop the minute I suspect I may be pg). The green tea is supposed to do wonders for female fertility but only in moderation.

I have been trying to eliminate trans fats from my diet as new research shows that this can cause infertility in women. This is not easy to do as heaps of things have it in it.... particularly junk food. My DF is a junk food addict so I do sometimes give in to it even though I know I shouldn't.... one of the hazards of being with a younger man.

This cycle I have started to drink 1 cup of pineapple juice per day after Oing. Apparently this helps with implantation - although some sites say you shouldn't have it at all cos it can cause contractions so once again I will have to stop if I think I could be pg. Am also having low dose aspirin once per day again to aid with implantation. I will probably only do this til about 10DPO as they say that can cause problems if you m/c. If that doesn't work this cycle I doubt I'll bother again unless I'm told to by a doctor.

As I'm running out of time due to the age factor my DF & I are getting heaps of encouragement from friends and family about TTC. If anything some of them have been pushing for me to see a doctor before we leave it too late. They are now happy that I am about to see a gyno... should keep them quiet for a while.
