The thing is I feel great, no problems, so I'm hoping that they will let me go ahead tomorrow. Now the other big thing is, hubby is trying to talk me around into having two put back, even the nurse who did the Bt this morning was saying that two was better than one, yeh, like is she going to come around and help with the 3am feeds???
I really don't know on this one, all along we were saying just the one, but now hubby has rethought this issue!!!
Anyway I'll keep you all posted, it's funny though after each piece of news I get, after telling hubby, you girls are the first to know.
Well I just heard from the nurse, late I know, I can go ahead for the embryo transfer tomorrow. She did say that I was still at risk of hyper stimulation as my bt results were in the high range of normal.
But yeh!!! Tomorrows the day.
That is great news! Hope the transfer goes really well and will be hanging out to find out how you go. Hopefully you and I will be doing the waiting at the same time, so will be good to have someone else to suffer along with :-s .......
Hi Girls,
Back from the embryo transfer. The staff were fantastic. They even took a photofor us to take home of our embryo before it was transfered. But the one touch that I thought was really nice, all of the staff, dr's, nurses, scientists, even the receptionist came into the theatre to give both hubby and I kisses and cuddles, as they said these were good luck, I just thougth it was a really nice gesture.
Well Iv'e had a little sleep this afternoon, and feeling nothing but the slightest of cramping (infact I probably wouldn't notice it if I hadn't had ET today). And yes we only had one embryo put back, as the Dr's are still really nervous about me hyper stimulating, as they said any side effects, and I must go straight into hospital. Hopfully I won't have to worry about any of that.
Good luck to all waiting for something
They to were really worried about me hyperstimulating, they were considering a freeze all for me, I had to wait until 9.45pm last monday night to see if they were going ahead with the ET Tue morn, what a bugger that wait was. Also now I'm still doing the Bt's every few days for the concern of HS.
Try not to worry too much (yeh I know, impossible).
I've got everything crossed for you
Hi Grils, just wondering if anyone knows about cramping after ET. I had the transfer on Tue, so it is day 2 for me and I have mild cramping abit like AF. The nurse said om Tue after the transfer that a bit of cramping was normal, but I thought she meant immediatley after ET.
Thanks if any one could help. I don't know if cramping is a good sign or a bad sign, because don't they say that implantation occurs on or around day 7. This is day 7 from EC.
I'm a terrible person to ask, as I had cramping everyday from ET to AF (unfortunately) this last cycle. Though I have read from other sites that apparently cramping can be a good thing, and can signal the emby 'burrowing' into the lining.
So take heart and keep those fingers (and legs) crossed!
Sushee is right, everyone is different, so the cramping can be or might not be a good sign. Sorry I'm not much help am I.
As for me, I had to take a break from work and without thinking I ordered a coffee! I realised after I had taken a few sips that I shouldn't have. Maybe I'm not pg and my spirit is telling me. I also looked up and saw a heavily pg women, in the past when this has happened it's been before a BFN!!! I'm really teary at the moment and my bbs are tingling - but all my symptoms are most likely medically induced!!!!!
I've got my office Xmas party tomorrow night and I don't want to go - can't drink and I'm not in the mood for socialising!!! But I feel kind of obligated because I'm one of the managers!!!
