Kerbear - hugeI've been stalking the other thread (because I will probably be "graduating" to IVF soon) and I'm so sorry it hasn't all gone completely smoothly so far. It sounds like there's still hope tho
Maybe preparing healthy food and counting nutrients/ calories might be a positive distraction for you during all this (as long as it doesn't stress you out!). I think its nice to have some small healthy eating/ exercise/ weight loss goals and victories to celebrate on the way to the ultimate baby victory!
Neda - You are so good! I'm never going to do much cooking from scratch! Cooking at all is an achievement for meI have to admit, I never meet the daily goals on the app for calcium, vitamins etc and am usually over on sugar (mainly from fruit tho). In any of your books, has anyone actually written out a week of food intake that you can lose weight on but all your nutrient needs are met? Would it be like the chimpanzee diet? (saw that on tv!). I could never stick to such a thing but it would be interesting to see
Hi myturn - just wondering - have you noticed the "stabbing" drugs have any effect on weight?
Today was not a healthy day for meI was still within my calorie allowance because I exercised but it was empty calories - too much snacking today. Working from home is a trap - back into the office for the rest of the week for me!
