    boo - congrats again hun

sazz - good luck for tomorrow - fingers crossed for a high count and good fert rate (and a big snooze afterward - what a shocker to have to leave so early!)

ellie - congrats on the embies on board - fingers crossed that the fragmentation isn't too bad and you end up with some snowbubbas - fingers crossed you won't need them though!

to everyone else, sorry about no more personals - am feeling very sore at the moment - had lymph node u/s this arvo (finally!) and i hurt like all hell - being a bigger busted lady just isn't any fun when they're trying to do an u/s on your bb! on the upside, from what the girl could see, it's just enlarged lymph nodes - nothing sinister - will have to be checked by a specialist, but she's fairly confident all is ok. have had a headache all day and i'm guessing that was partially stress, so i'm hoping i will come good over the next little while. DH has volunteered to cook dinner tonight so that i can take it easy - he's so sweet sometimes!

Yay BG on your u/s news. I hope it is all officially ok for you soon. When do you get the specialist to look at you? Hope you can get in quickly so you can put it out of your mind all together.
I know what you mean about big bbs being a real pain... mine are killing me at the moment, hormones:arent they fun? Lucky DH loves them or i reckon I'd have had them reduced by now!
I will try to come on tomorrow night and let ppl know how things went... I hope I get a good result so I'm not too far behind the lovely Ellie...How are you hun?Excited /nervous /eager /terrified???

Sazz, I hope all goes smoothly for you tomorrow.

BG, I'm glad it looks like everything is clear on the lymph node thing. How long until you get to see the specialist?

Missy, must be exciting to be getting started again. I can understand the nervousness - I think I'll be petrified if I have to go through another full cycle!

Me... have done nothing much more than eat and sleep today, quiet house, lots of relaxing, but I'm still thinking I'm in for an early night! I was also going to try to be a hero and tough it out on the remainder of the box of non-XR metformin... but after this evening's little episode, first thing on the list for tomorrow is to get the script for the XR filled!

BW - hope thoese hot flushes have settled, i used to get then all the time

Ellie - roll on the next two week, i'll be checking in on you

Sonya - one week isnt long, just tink you BFP is in only 3 weeks!yikes !

lou - how rude of your NP to be overseas when you need her!! here's hoping you have reason for the clinic to lose your file for the next 12 months or so after this transfer!! fingers crossed fo you!

Missy - good luck with starting your journey again hun.

Sazz - i'm really hoping for a great result for you sweetie - my thoughts will be with you tomorrow

BW - sorry to hear you've hit the point where the XR tabs are essential - hope it all settles down again soon

as for me - another couple of busy weeks coming up appointment wise! have to ring in the morning to make an appointment with the GP for u/s results - apparently the way things are set up down here, you get the u/s, if the specialist reading the scan believes anything is "hinky" they put it in the report to the GP and then they get to decide whether to refer you on. i'm [retty confident that the sonographer wouldn't have said anything if things were at all unusual, so i'm not too stressed - should be able to get the results anywhere from wednesday onward, so hoping to see GP wednesday or thursday.

seeing FS again on the 26th - OMG - that's only 10 days away!! i'm so glad it's not a long wait. i'm sure we'll get a plan of attack, and even if we can't kick off again straight away, i'll know where i'm at

mmmmmmmmmm, better go get the rest of my dinner - DH cooked homemade chicken soup last night, which was a great start - having lamb steak and vegies for dinner - yummmm.

Yay Shannon. What a relief it must be to be pain free at last.. hope these results are here to last for you and AF...
Thanks girls on your good wishes for me tomorrow... it means a lot to know ppl care!
Loula, I cant believe they lost your file again!!! What kind of admin job is going on there? Maybe they just put all their efforts into the medical side of things and not so much on the paperwork side of things? crazy!

Default New member TTC again after 10 years of trying

Yeap its been 10years, I have been blessed in that time............4 amazing children grace my life, one via NC(12 years ago), and 3 via adoption and fostercare.
    LIFE has been great,
BUT the baby BUG has bitten real bad and DH and I want to give it one last shot before our ages stop us having another miracle in our lives.
I have unexplained infertility. No cause is known, I have tried 9 cycles of Ovulation induction, but never IVF before.
We are starting our first IVF Cycle in June, I see my GP for the referal tomorrow and have my first FS/OB appointment on the 29th.
I am scared to death, but trying to keep the focus on the miracle at is going to happen!!!(I know, I know but I have to keep positive)
Most people think I am nuts for wanting more babies...........but my kids are my life, I just can't imagine a day without a baby in my life.
Fostering has helped but its also kept the emotions running high. Adoption was a miracle to us, we have 2 amazing boys, J has Down syndrome, heart issues and bring me so much joy each day. N was born with issues due to drug exposure during pregancy, but he is a prefect little miracle, no issues what so ever. Our firstborn DS 'L' is a bright and beautiful 12 year old with attitude to boot..........BUT what can I say.........
Our DS fosterdaughter has been with us since she was 6 months, we consider her ours in everyway. She has a complex heart issue, it slows her a little, but she bright as button and sassy as smurf!!! she is wise beyond her 9 years.
DH is my soul mate.........a keeper for sure and what can you say about a man that is giving up his dream of a little tinny boat(thats what the Tax refund was going towards until IVF appointment came up LOLOL) for the chance at another miracle baby.........
Thats us, a nutty house hold, with no secrets and lots of fun,
    Hugs

Ellie - How is the TWW treating you? I hope the time flys by and ends with a BFP

BG - Good news on your lymph scan, hope the FS on the 26th is just as positive

Summer - Hope your enjoying your holidays, I'll have to go and catch up on your journal soon.

Sonya - How is the purgon treating you? Hope it's being nice.

Sazz - Did you manage to get lost this morning? Yesterday morning I drove myself in there for the first time (DH usually drives) on the way back i ended up taking a wrong turn at that huge roundabout, had to ring DH for directions on how to get to work lol. Hope everything went well, my fingers are crossed.

Missy - good luck with your upcoming cycle, hope it all goes well

BW - How are you going? Fingers crossed O isn't too far away and

Loula - I can't beleive the clinic lost your file again! Goodluck on the 26th to you too.

Shannon - Woohoo re no AF pain, goodluck with your upcoming FET.

Ickimum - welcome to the thread, fingerscrossed you'll be moving on to belly buddies very soon.

We went back to the clinic to return our meds yesterday, they have given me some crinone gel to help boost my prog levels, nurse said the levels were good but because i was on the synarel they still give it to me just in case. I asked about my HCG level and she said it was 519 (no idea if this is good or not? Tried to google it last night but DH told me off for worrying too much about things lol) The clinic want me back for another BT to check that HCG is doing what its supposed to on the 30th but of course there is no way i could wait that long so i have made an appointment with my GP for this Saturday.

Thank you all for your congrats, best wishes and the support i have received from you all since i joined, your support means alot and has made things a whole lot easier to deal with, i would've been lost without you guys! I'll be holding on to all those sticky vibes as hard as i can and that each and everyone one of you will be announcing your BFPs very soon.

Look forward to seeing you in other threads, you're only 2 weeks behind me... we're due 3/12.

    YAYYYYY!!!!!

Good luck to everyone else on their journey, I hope there's many more BFP's coming soon!!!

Welcome Ickimum. Glad to have you join us, but I hope you won't be with us for very long at all. I'm wishing you a very quick success on your journey!

Boo, sounds like things are going well. I'm afraid I don't know much about HCG levels, but I think your DH has the right idea - relax, take care of yourself and don't stress!

Sazz, I'm hoping things went well today.

Sammi Jane, was just thinking about you the other day! DH has finally been booked in for his varicocele repair on the 15th of May. Did your DH have any acupuncture treatments around the time of his repair? I think Leah would like him to, but DH is being a bit reluctant.

Last dose of the letrozole tonight! The information I've found says it stays in the body for a much shorter time than clomid, so hopefully I'll be rid of these hot flushes very soon! Even DH noticed it last night - I could be sitting calmly and quietly and then suddenly break out in a sweat.
