Baby2Bee - I have a chocolate cyst, endometrioma, on my left ovary. It was removed when I had my lap but it has now come back. It grew substantially between my 2 IUI's and the clinic nurses said it was probably because the hormones I was taking were essentially feeding it. FX that you don't have a cyst, but if you do it may have been a small one which is now growing because of the drugs you are on. I believe they can also shrink once your stop the medication.
