Lou, I think all jobs where you are working with children are the same - you just don't have time to pee, so you can't afford to drink too much! I'm making a conscious effort to massively hydrate myself while I'm at home, and if I end up in too much pain, I'll take time off to rest, no worries there.

I've got a sneaking suspicion that DH will freak when he learns that there are 12 follies on one ovary alone. I can't make him understand what the nurse told me - not all of them will be mature and not all of them will fertilise. And then not all of them will make it to blast. I want to have as many as possible so that we still have reasonable numbers of embryos to transfer, he sees that as being 12 eggs that will fertilise properly, go to blast and transfer successfully and flips out at the potential number of children we have. I might just not tell him about the numbers I've been told.
