tiggerlinda, your wedding photo is gorgeous. I am sure your album is stunning. Do the photographers hand colour the flowers later? Or is it a completely different process these days.

    Hey BG

Glad you're feeling a bit better today. Sorry I missed a giving you a personal msg in my earlier psot - I feel bad - I had a niggling feeling something was missing!

Enjoy your massage. I hope it goes ahead - It will be lovely after all the heat in the last two days around Vic... I hope the headaches subside for you too. I'm sorry you're having a difficult time with the side effects. They are starting to hit me now too - some nausea and headache, plus I can feel my ovaries all the time... maybe it's a good thing about the side effects in a way - at least we know it's working! When do you have a scan / b/t?

have bt on thursday, and scan on friday - should get results on friday night sometime around 6-7 (or so the nurse thinks, by the time results are sent to melb for fs to have a squizzy). i don't mind the ovary "pressure" - could seriously do without the headache/nausea/upset tum though!

don't fret about forgetting me - i know how overwhelming this whole process can be - sweating on personals is the least of our worries hun!

19 days - not long now hun! i remember the last couple of weeks before our wedding - everything was organised, so it was just the finishing touches - and trying to stop the war going on with DH's family - glad you're not going through that!

hey all, either AF is on her way or i have implantation spotting which has been increasing for the last 20 hours although i think a full bleed isn't too far off. i am hoping it is BOB causing it but the next 12 hours should tell.

i thought i may have had some nausea briefly today but you get to the point where you start to analyse whether you are pychosomatically causing it. my BB are no longer as sore as the stims wear off. i should do a HPT but am putting off for the mo.

GL all you stims gals and hope you are producing nice big fat follies for picking. there will be a heap of you in the LTTTTW thread soon!

    xx

All the very best, Dusty. I think the final day or two is simply the worst part of the entire IVF process (for us at least). I had a meltdown the day before our test (shock horror) but once we had our result things picked up again. It's the not knowing that kills.

Slyder, thank you for showing us that it's also hard on our menfolk. I know my DH tries to hide how his feeling and stay strong for me because my meltdowns happen so often. Is a male meltdown anything like a female meltdown? I'm just starting to wonder if it happens completely differently for them...

Things aren't looking too great for me today. The scan showed plenty of 12-14mm follies, less than my first cycle, which is good. But my E2 came back at 7800, which is scaring me. I have to have an orgalutran shot tonight on top of my puregon and lucrin, and back for another blood test tomorrow morning, surprise, surprise! Expecting another scan on Thursday and we'll see how we go from there.

I'm worried that I had an even bigger jump over night, despite the lower dose of puregon... but my body has never been known to do things the conventional way!

BW, meltdowns aren't a common thing for me so this one came a bit by surprise. I'm not even sure where it came from, I guess I was just bottling up the anxieties during the cycle and I started to get really wound up in the day or so prior to getting the test result. Just panicky, stressed, irrational, upset. DW sorted me out.

BW, hang in there - I hope the b/t brings better news.

ILs arrive tomorrow - getting the house ready atm! Pretty busy!!

Hope everyone else is going well, especially those going through stims at the moment.
Scan for me tomorrow - will try and come in and update where things are at sometime tomorrow - I think I'll be MIA more often now with the ILs here.

    Lots of hugs to all,

    Miss C

    help?

    thanks guys for that.

i am a bit confused. i have been spotting for over 24 hours. this is 7-8 days after ET. i didn't realise that spotting may come this late. this may be TMI but with the crinone it is hard to tell what is going on. the spotting is brown clumps but yesterday i also had a little bit of fresh blood that wasn't like normal blood but a bit stringy. perhaps because of the crinone? since then only brown clumps again. i haven't had much more but with the crinone it is hard to tell except every 12 hours when i redo the crinone.

does this sound like implantation spotting? i haven't had any bleeding after my other 2 transfers before, just had AF after at least 14 days past transfer.

as this was my first blast transfer i though implantation would be within a couple of days. i am just really confused and trying not to get my hopes up too much as i feel like i have crashed already today.

    has anyone had anything similar?
oh also i did a HPT this morning and it was BFN 8 DP ET (BT is scheduled for 24th, 11DP ET). i also may be seeing things but it looks like there is a very thin not quite complete cross line (piece of hair thin) if you look really really closely. i just thought it may be the remains of pregnyl (shot was 14 days before).

    i am so confused.

miss_c, BW i hope you are both doing better today
BG - i hope the nausea is settling down.
slyder, glad your DW was there to pick you up.

i hope everyone else is doing well, and sorry for the self absorbed post.

I had a similar experience last cycle. For me it was a BFN. I have never had a regular cycle, so have no idea whether spotting was early or late, but definitely turned into AF. Try not to worry (yeah right?!). My nurse told me it is still possible to achieve BFP with some spotting. Good Luck!!

i'm sorry i dont know much about clomid etc but i can tell you that with dd2 i had a brown discharge b4 af was due to arrive and i'd done a hpt with a bfp so thought i was going to mc. The dr told me it was a threatened mc and to come back if af didnt show up in another wk, now i know a little more about prregnancy etc i believe it was implantation bleeding.
HTH somewhat and wishing you with a BFP sooner rather than later.

    Hi everyone,
Dusty, I have had implantation bleed on 2 occasions, first time was brownish clumps with some fresh pink blood and fertile type CM second time just a one off spotting first thing in the morning with bright blood and fertile type CM. I have read alot about IVF before starting and can recall a few girls who thought it was AF annoucing herself about a week before AF was due and then got a BFP at BT and also someone talking about blasties slower growing intially than a 2-3 day transfer. A faint line sounds promising you would think it is too late for the Pregnyl to still be showing up???I really hope it is BOB settling, good luck to yourself and DH. Hugs.......thinking about you heaps.
Fingers crossed for your scan miss c...... I can't believe you find the time to get on with all your wedding plans etc
BW, I can totally understand why you would meltdown it must be extremely stressful, not having any idea what is happening next. I wish you the best of luck with your next scan and I hope they can get those brakes on for you.
I am bloated and feel my ovaries on and off, first thing in the morning full bladder and have a bit of backache. I am hoping for a good batch of eggies, but wondered if I should be feeling more??? How are you girls feeling/or felt on stims? Do you need to feel much to get a good result? I only have 2 sleep to go to find out , but it's taking sooooo long.
Hi to everyone hope today is a good one for you, looking forward to hearing good results....

Break from all the housework and bed-making - yippee!

Dusty, hang in there, love. Remember to keep breathing. I can imagine it's really difficult not to obsess over your symptoms at the moment. Keep giving BOB those good and sticky vibes for now, and know that nothing is a BFN until you have your b/t with your levels. Really thinking of you and sending you sticky wishes and good vibes to help you get through the next few days. Lots and lots of hugs.

Hey BD, the one thing I've learnt is that I think everyone's symptoms are going to be individual on the stims. From my own situation, I've been feeling the pressure of my ovaries on and off. I generally feel it more in the few hours after my injection in the evening, and first thing in the morning, but it's there a lot of the time. My bladder also gets full quite quickly. I haven't had too much of a problem with any bloating - just times when I get lots of fluid in my hands/legs/feet. I have had the odd patch of dizziness/wooziness also. It sounds like those stims are doing their thing for you, and I assume mine are too, even though it was a slow start for me. Good luck for Friday - I hope you're hanging in there ok! Should be lots of positive news for you then! Worth the wait! xo
