BW - I once heard someone very wise on BB say the following quote:

To borrow some words from my FS (strangely enough, words that didn't make me want to deck him for a change), there's nothing you can do to change the outcome now. Whichever one it will be, it's already decided. You're much better off trying to stay relaxed and not stressed. No easy task, I know.
Its exactly the same for when you are going to ovulate or when transfer will be.

As for the expectations of this cycle being successful, i can't completely relate but i like to think yes its going to hurt when disapointment slaps you in the face but if we don't go into these IVF cycles positive and thinking its going to work and then why would we put ourselves through it in the first place? Hope that made sense

Also just wondering my clinic has a free counselling session with a psychologist each cycle, maybe yours has something similar and you could take advantage of that whilst yours is off holidaying?
