sunbeam: i think you should be covered, they do say the egg only lasts 6-24 hours after ovulation so may not be worth doing it again tomorrow night. i wouldn't worry about the amount, as you said he is already a father so im sure it is fine ! poor man having performance anxiety, hopefully this time has done the trick and he won't need to do it again, it is funny that 3 of us are heading into the 2ww together !

loops: good luck catching the egg, i take it you are using pre seed this time ?

afm: opt line darker tonight i'd say equal to test line so i think tomorrow it will be darker and i will ovulate, can't believe it can happen so early for me ! yay to have 2ww buddies !

    Hi girls,

minnie- thats great, a good normal O is always a good sign, FX for your tww!!

sunbeam- wow I didn't know you were doing home either- how exciting!! It sounds like you have done the job at the right times, I wouldn't do it again tonight either if you've already O'd. Don't worry about the amount, I think my DH only gets a couple of mls ( sorry tmi everyone). No wonder you're exhausted, please TAKE IT EASY now you are in TWW

crafty- I knew someone a few years ago who had their first baby at 46 ( no ivf or anything) I've probably told you that already, but it goes to show, and you have proven fertility. Yeah I will be doing bloodtests instead of opks next time and earlier too.

Loops- yeah, you girls are all Oing at the same time- funny! Good luck with the tww x

Claresmummy- is your appt tomorrow? Best of luck if it is, you have waited a long time, i hope you feel your FS listens ( and has some answers lol)

Hi indiasmummy- wow how exciting for you!!!

afm- up and down emotionally, maybe i have pmt, I am CD21 today, for tte first time in a while i don't have sore boobs so of course I am panicking that AF won't come again, have to stress about something don't I?!? I am taking it easy with work etc and getting some dental work done while I am not in a cycle- yay- not!!

Just a quick note from me tonight, 1 more sleep and I am off to my new OB/GYN in the morning, very nervous right now even had a few tears today, I know I shouldn't stress but I can't help it. Thank goodness DF will be there with me tomorrow.
Good luck Minnie and Loops with catching your eggies girls, wishing you both all the very best.
Happy 2WW Sunbeam, hope you have caught your egg as well darl. FX for you all in the 2WW.

We are off to Toowoomba in the morning for my appointment then have to head back over to our property at Texas to get cattle in to send to the sale so not sure if I will be on here until Saturday night to let you all know how I get on.
Wish me luck ladies cause I am scared as hell right now.
    xox
    Hugs to you all.

    Hi ladies,

Clairesmummy - Very best of luck for your appt tomorrow I really hope you get some answers or at least some test organised to get to the answers.

Saffy - What day did you O how far into your TTW are you? DON"T STRESS you will scare AF away doing that! Yuck for the dental work I don't envy you that.

Minnie - Yay for O'ing. I had very positive OPK on monday and I think I o'ed yesterday (tues) at about 2pm but yesterday's opk and sundays were both faint. It's a while since I've used them but I seem to remember getting a positive for 2 days before O'ing before. Is that what you get? Might try using them a bit earlier in the day (been doing it at 5pm as its a bit tricky at work, I used to do it at 2pm-ish) or even twice a day if I have to do more cycles so I get a better picture.

AFM- Well I'm already in TWW hell. I keep thinking about the OPKs and the sperm volume and my age and . . . . . . on and on and on! I know it is all c#@p but that's what the TWW is for, to torture yourself! Not doing another insem tonight as my temp was 36.7 this morning up from 36.4 and pretty positive I O'd at 2pm- ish yesterday. It would have been handy to do one this morning but donor boy lives 55 mins away so that is a bit tricky. Never mind, fingers crossed and just trying to chill!

Sunbeam- I am either 9 or 10 DPO, cos I'm not really sure when i o'd, maybe CD11 or 12- I only got ewcm on the sunday (CD11) thats the day we dtd thank god. I will try not to stress about AF coming- thanks.
Don't worry about missing this am, apparently the sperm has to already be in your tube waiting when you O ( I read that in a book) so its pointless doing anything after ovulating- I think your timing was great!

Hi ladies, jsut thought I would pop in very quickly to let you all know how i got on today at my new OB GYN. No great news really, he checked all my tests everything is great great hormone levels and all BT came back very normal for recurrent MC. He is doing a few more BT on us both, chromosone BT for both DF and I and I aslo have to have a BT for celiaks disease don't think that is how you spell it though and also have to have a BT to check for Diabetes. If all these tests come back clear we are then in No mans land, he can't do anything more to help us so he said we would then need to move onto IVF but unfortunately IVF is way out of our price league we simply just can not afford to do IVF at all. I feel like a total waste of space right now, I feel I have wasted yet another day on the TTC journey for no reason at all. There is no way we can afford to pursue IVF treatment at all unless we were to win the lotto and that aint going to happen as I never put it in. I have been in tears since leaving the specialist at lunch time and I don't know how to even look to the future now with no more TTC. My doc told us today we could spend thousands and thousands of $ and never find a reason as to why I keep MC. He says he can't put me on any progesterone support or on aspirin as that's an IVF specialists area not his. He told me with the results from my BT I don't have any clotting disorders and I really don't need to be on Clomid as I am obviously ovulating in each cycle but I can take Clomid if I choose to. I did have a chromosone test done on my last bub that I MC and it all came back that everything with bub was totally normal. So I guess my question is that if we had a chromosone problem wouldnt it of come back saying that bub had it?????
I dont know how I am feeling right now, apart from feeling like a total waste of space and I now no longer feel like a woman.
Sorry for the all about me post ladies, thank you for reading.
Praying to god nobody ever has to go through what we are going through, and I wish you all the very best of luck with all your TTC journies.
Thank you for all your support over the years, BB has been a total blessing to me.
