It's been absolutely ages since I last posted but I loom from time to time to see how all is going in here and over in the LTTTC TWW thread. I hope you don't mind me dropping in to ask a question...

We were scheduled for an FET of our last remaining embryo on Wednesday but it was cancelled on Tuesday as the poor little embryo didn't make it. Yesterday I received the invoice and we had been charged the full FET cost. As there were no day surgery, FS or scientist costs incurred associated with the transfer, I was assuming we would have a reduced fee. DH rang the clinic this morning to enquire about it and was told that there was no error and the policy is to charge the full fee. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it's a standard practise?

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
