    Amy GL hun, lets hope
Its a lucky day for both of us!

Thanks for the wishes girls - My transfer is 1240, got some acupuncture in the morning. Planning on having a nice lunch in between, and maybe morning tea before acupuncture ha ha!

Does anyone else take the full day off for transfer? I found it hard enough to concentrate today at work, let alone thinking about it tomorrow!

Vic - I'm not sure, officially it's a BFP. But nobody seems too optimistic as the HCG is still so low. Had a scan today and there was nothing much to see... The nurse and the dr today told me where to go if I start bleeding or having really bad pain (ectopic) and told me to have DP or telephone close to me at all times... They freak me out... I reallly was hoping this would be it, but am not too hopeful.

Mrs P, GL for tomorrow hun!! I usually take at least 3 days off post transfer. They say it's OK to go back to work straight away, but I just take residence on the couch and don't move much for the 3 days! lol.

Me4ever, still have everything crossed for you hunni Some embies are just a bit slow to take off.

GL to all my lovely ladies in here xoxoxo

Mrs P - What clinic are you having your transfer done at? You dont have to say obviously, but how funny would it be if we were both having it done one after each other at the same clinic!!! I have a week off this time but I only work 3 days a week so I only needed 2 days off = score! xxx

Vic - Fine then, put me on top of the list as first with a BFP (I just wasn't sure where you were going to move my name to, that's all...). I should feel exited, but am just worried... Don't want to jinx all this.

Sorry that I haven't been much of a support for you guys. I am reading all your stories and thinking of you and keeping my fingers knees and toes crossed and sending you heaps of baby dust as well.

Amy - Good luck! I'll be thinking of you at 11.00.
Miss- P also good luck with your transfer!

Saffy & Porsche not long before your blood test! How exciting...

Thanks for all your well wishes and support! You girls rock!

Valium at work might not be such a bad idea

I always take transfer day off. Or at least a half day if it is in the afternoon.

Hi girls - on the couch, with some relaxing herbal tea and some quality foxtel ha ha! Transfer went well, though apparently my bladder wasn't full enough so I made them work harder heh heh.
Amy hope it went well for you too Hun! I was at FSWA.
So I guess now I'm PUPO Back to work tomorrow but then not working again til Tues, plus the afternoon is an industry presentation so should be a pretty slack day.
BT is the 15th - I was hoping it would be the 14th as the 15th is a work day, and in the past I've always taken the day off but don't have enough days to do that this time. I might have to poas that morning to prepare myself somewhat.
Hope everyone is having a great day xx

    Hi girls,

Transfer went well. My doctor was awesome, so very happy! No pain at all compared to my last 2 transfers with the other doctor. There was only one other girl and I booked in for transfer today and we both have our blood test's on 13th May - Mothers Day

The Embie that they put in was at 7 cells (my lucky number!) and the nurses were so sweet they put me in bay 7 to bring me more luck. One of the nurses also told me something intertesting. She has just got back from a health retreat over in the eastern states and one of the people taking it was a very well known fertility specialist. She said that when doing IVF you should stay as far away from caffine as you can. She said that testing has shown that when you have coffee, tea and coke you have blood sugar surges in your body which damage your embryo...crazy huh?!

Mrs P - I am at Concept Fertility in Subiaco What day embie did you have transfered?

Vic - Do you mind updating me on the list for BT 13 May?

OK girls im going to pop over to the TWW thread but i'll be keeping an eye on you all!

    xxx
