I do drive in to work so it will be cool to leave it in my car or in my bag and then go to the bathroom or something. Either way I'll figure something out LOL will def have something to drink after cos I know what you mean re the after taste. I had a nasal spray when I was very little for a bad cold I had and it was yuk from what I remember so if its anything like that I will be prepared and not sneeze! LOL

Miss B hope your migranes have left for good! Nothing worse, I can see me getting them (I usually get them when AF is about to arrive) but with all these hormone medication I can imagine I'll be suffering but like my nurse said, no need to suffer just pop even more tablets LMAO! Long story short take care of yourself and I hope they go away
